The firm was founded in 1991 in Thessaloniki by Apostolos Apostolou, a graduate of the School of Law & Economics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. As an A' Class Tax Consultant, he has served as financial and tax advisor to major corporations throughout his career. He is a former member of FEAPTH, EFEE, and the evaluation committee for Tax Consultant Licenses, as well as a former board member of Hippokration Hospital Thessaloniki. He also served as an elected board member of the Economic Chamber of Greece (3rd Regional Department, Central Macedonia) and as a board member of EYATH S.A. Today, the firm operates with 16 professionals across four departments, serving over 200 businesses and 1,000 individuals.
