Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

• What you send us through our forms: name, email, phone (optional), subject, message and the service you are interested in.
• How you found us, when you send a form: the landing page and the campaign parameters of the link (e.g. utm_source).
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of access, recorded in server logs for security.
• Website statistics through Google Analytics, only if you accept.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.

• To answer your request and send you an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps prior to entering into a contract).
• To keep the site secure and protect our forms from spam and automated submissions (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest).
• For website statistics, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

Who else processes it on our behalf

Where data is transferred outside the EU (e.g. to the USA), the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosting of the website and database in an EU data centre.
• Cloudflare, Inc.: bot protection for our forms (Cloudflare Turnstile).
• Google: Google Analytics (only with your consent) and the map on our contact page.
• The email provider through which we receive notifications about your messages.

How long we keep it

Messages that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted no later than 24 months after our last contact. If we work together, your data is kept for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security.

Cookies and local storage

You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page or the button below.

• Essential: your language choice and your cookie choice are stored in your browser. How you found us is kept only for your current browsing session.
• Security: Cloudflare Turnstile uses technically necessary data to tell people apart from bots on our forms.
• Statistics (optional): the Google Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_*, lasting up to 2 years, are only set if you click “Accept”.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. For any request, email us at info@aatax.eu. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens) or with the data protection authority of your country.

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
